Subject	1999 JDM Fascia parts question

Message	I've got a '99 JDM Fascia and I have some questions about the areas/parts circled in red. In the top circle, a "tab" about as wide as a license plate hangs down inside the mouth directly infront of the grill. This center portion of the grill has some holes in it (circled in red). Has anyone removed this tab and if so, are the holes noticable? Whats the purpose of the holes and this tab anyway? The circled piece off to the left was left over after the install and I don't know where it should go (or if its important). It has 3 evenly spaced bolts attached to it. As a possibly important side note, the splash shield that goes infront of the intake cone still needs to be put on. ____________________ When the going gets tough, the tough go: "Screw it...
